Cut the bullshit now people!

So as you all know, the last ZG raid was a complete disaster. We managed to reach Hakkar but that was after 4 hours. It's FINE to screw around in vent on farm raids but you have to keep it on a certain level. It doesn't mean that you can start to slack just because we got the raid on farm, it's retarded, really. I know that sometimes a 20 man raid or just a farm raid can be boring and that's why we're usually just screwing around and being casual in vent and everyone is able to do that, just don't start to slack IN the raid. As a guild, we are going for the tops, and we want dedicated players that knows how to focus on progress raids and if you can't show it in a ZG raid then what the heck are you doing here? Start to act now and shape the hell up.

Further slacking will result in a huge DKP loss and maybe even a gkick.
